The United Way presents awards based on outstanding performance and community leadership in the following areas and we also divide up some of them by workplace size.
- Total Employee Donations
- Total Workplace Campaign (employee donations, workplace fundraisers, and corporate giving)
- Employee Participation
- Employees (total and percentage) who are Century Club or Leadership (Dollar a Day, Pacesetter, and Leadership)
- Donations per donor and per employee
Our Awards will be presented at out Campaign Volunteers Celebration, usually held in February after all campaign results are in.
